• DAO treasury: Holders of NLC tokens gain the power to influence the direction of Ninja Labs, and a portion of 7.5% of the total NLC supply is allocated to the DAO treasury, supporting initiatives and projects that align with the community's vision for the future.

• Team: This allocation benefits the core contributors who have been building all the products.

• Community Incentives and Strategic Partnerships: This allocation is for our community, such as Zealy Sprints, giveaways, and collaborations with other projects that will receive $NLC for spreading the word about Ninja Labs to their community.

• Ninja Labs' Ecosystem Incentives: This allocation goes to all our products. Starting from our Ninja League Competition seasons on NinjaPvP to Incentivized Raffles on NinjaRaffles, we incentivize Injective holders who stake on our Validator until incentivized events on each product we have.

• Initial Liquidity: This allocation goes for adding the initial liquidity.

• Higher percentage in case of victory (Rakeback): $NLC holders can earn up to 10% of the prize pool, based on their token holdings, which means that they can be able to take all the pot without paying any fees for the platform.

• Token required for tournament participation: $NLC becomes the exclusive ticket for participating in Ninja PvP tournaments, providing utility within the gaming ecosystem and the chance to compete for higher prizes.

On Ninja Raffles, the benefits for token holders are:

• Free Raffles: Free Raffles is an exclusive benefit for $NLC holders (Minimum amount TBA), which means that only $NLC holders can create a Raffle where users don't need to buy a ticket to join. You create the Raffle, they get their number just by paying the TX fee, and you can do a reliable and on-chain verifiable Raffle.

• More benefits are still being defined.

General benefits

• Monthly giveaways to token holders: $NLC token holders receive a share of the monthly treasury revenue (platform fees) as exclusive rewards, expressing gratitude for their loyalty and contribution to Ninja Labs’ success.

• Farm: Token holders are going to have a farm on the platform that is going to host our launchpad. Therefore, it means that they are going to be able to receive a yield for providing liquidity for $NLC.
